Youth Vocational Empowerment Hub
This project establishes and equips a dedicated vocational training hub offering 6-month courses in tailoring, carpentry, catering, baking, and crafts. Each graduate receives a starter kit to launch their micro-business. The hub will serve 200 young people per cycle.

Community HIV Prevention & Testing Drive
A comprehensive community HIV prevention campaign delivering mobile voluntary counselling and testing (VCT), condom distribution, stigma-reduction workshops, and referral to ART services. Village Health Teams (VHTs) are trained as frontline champions.

Climate-Smart Agriculture & Food Security
Establishing demonstration plots and providing seeds, tools and training to 300 farming households in climate-smart agriculture techniques including mulching, contour farming, improved varieties and irrigation. Cooperative formation and market linkages are included.

Girl-Child Education & Empowerment
Providing school fees, sanitary pads, menstrual hygiene education, and mentorship to 350 girls at risk of dropping out. Teen mothers receive special re-entry support. Peer educator clubs are established in each school.

A community-led reforestation effort targeting degraded watershed areas in Kiboga District. Schools, youth groups and women's organisations plant indigenous and fruit tree species. Participants receive training in nursery bed management and soil conservation.

Orphan & Vulnerable Children (OVC) Nutrition
Quarterly malnutrition screening, therapeutic supplementary feeding, and kitchen garden establishment for 500 OVC households. Caregivers are trained in infant and young child feeding (IYCF) practices and dietary diversity.
